OTTERPRO M30

The Otter M30 DTF printer is a versatile and efficient desktop direct-to-film (DTF) printer. It is based on the Epson XP600 (F1080) printhead, which features six channels and 1080 nozzles, allowing it to produce vibrant, high-quality prints. This printer is ideal for small businesses and home use, offering a maximum print width of 300mm (12″) and supporting both A3 and A4 width film sizes.

Equipped with a detachable film trimmer, the Otter M30 makes it easy to cut films to fit your oven dryer or for individual craft projects. The printer also includes a white ink circulation system to prevent sedimentation and printhead clogging, ensuring consistent print quality. With its user-friendly control panel and multi-language RIP software, the Otter M30 is designed to streamline your workflow and boost productivity.

Software Support

The Otter Pro M30 DTF Printer is supplied with OtterRIP, a robust, feature rich image processor that is easy to use. Supports job nesting / gang sheet creation, a choice of print modes, ink controls and more. OtterRIP requires a Microsoft Windows® 10/11 PC with a minimum specification of:

• Memory (RAM): 8GB Minimum, 16GB or greater recommended
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10/11, 32 / 64bit
• Processor (CPU): Dual Core CPU, Quad Core or greater recommended
  **Windows ARM not supported;
  Recommend Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or greater.
• Available Hard Drive Space: 10GB or greater free.
  SSD Recommended
• Screen Resolution: 1440×900 pixels at 100% zoom or greater.

Otter Pro Ultra – Advanced DTF Ink technology

The Otter Pro M30 takes advantage of a specially developed variant of DTF inks – Otter Pro Ultra – a new, sediment free formulation that offers rich, vibrant colour and increased runnability. Its anti-clogging formula reduces the need for aggressive maintenance schedules and reduces the risk of nozzle drops during print runs, whilst still delivering smooth, dense coverage.
